Women Standing Together

Members Only Mixer

Tuesday, September 26, 2017
5:00-7:00 PM
Cumberland Club, 116 High Street, Portland

Come mix and mingle with our growing community of Women Standing Together members for our Fall Mixer! This members-only event features a fabulous guest speaker, appetizers, and a cash bar. What a great way to welcome the fall season!

Great strides have been made for women, or have they?
  • When male executives speak up, they receive 10% higher competence ratings;
  • When female executives speak up, their ratings from their peers are 14% lower;
  • Women account for fewer than 5% of Fortune 500 CEOs, under 15% of executive officers, and barely over 8% of top earners.
Women and men are not 50:50 at every important table. What will change that? What is it that differentiates male success? How can we "Stand Together" to close that gap?

Join us for a gathering of powerful and fun women professionals enjoying an evening of conversation, sharing thoughts, ideas, and friendship.
