Are you hesitating to take some risk? Whether in our personal lives or in our careers, we sometimes hesitate to take risk. What is holding us back? What could we achieve if we took more risk?

Dawn Reshen-Doty and Merrilee Warholak will speak about their own experiences with taking risks. They will share the successes they have achieved and the lessons they have learned from risk-taking. They will also lead us in a discussion about what risks we can take in our own lives and where that might lead us.

Dawn Reshen-Doty has been managing businesses for over 25 years and during that time has handled the financial affairs of over a dozen corporations, publishing houses, and individuals. She is also the founding partner and publisher of For Beginners, LLC, publisher of the For Beginners series, a graphic non-fiction book line.





Merrilee Warholak joined Benay Enterprises as an intern 20 years ago. Over the years, she has helped Benay expand in many directions as Foreign Rights Director, Royalty Accounts Director, and Director of Client Relations. She currently is Editorial Director at For Beginners, LLC and Director of Business Development and Client Relations in the Portland office.
