Nanette Giacoma

Chakrapreneur; True Balance, LLC

Nanette started her business coaching practice in 2007 using alternative and traditional methods. In 2010, she started offering classes geared toward professional women that include vision boards, the creative process, leadership, wellness, and, of course, chakras. Nanette currently offers holistic executive, life, and business coaching, as well as in-person classes. She also facilitates business team meetings and retreats. She would like to expand the geographic reach of her practice in the next couple of years.
In 2018, Nanette published her first book, Open for Business: How to Achieve Professional Success Using the Power of Chakras. Open for Business is a self-help book targeting professional women looking to reach their goals using both traditional and alternative methods. With the launch of her book, Nanette has rebranded herself as the Chakrapreneur and is using the philosophies and processes in her book as the blueprint for her coaching practice, team facilitations, classes, and speaking engagements.

Applying the chakras (the 7 major energy centers in the body) to business is a pioneering concept. Nanette is working to become an expert in her field and needs to educate her target market as part of that vision. In addition, she wants to be able to succinctly tell her story in a way that will resonate with her customers.

Challenge questions:
1.  Help Nanette tell her story by writing an elevator pitch for the Chakrapreneur that resonates with you and the other women at your table.
2.  (If time permits) How would you explain the Chakrapreneur's mission in a way that feels authentic to you and the other women at your table?

As an executive coach, business leader, teacher, writer, artist, energy healer, intuitive, and essential oils advocate, Nanette Giacoma walks between the worlds of traditional and alternative business practices. Integrating 25 plus years of business experience and 11 years of coaching experience with unconventional methods, Nanette works holistically with her clients to help them achieve the kind of professional and personal success they desire. She lives for those profound moments of insight that are the harbingers of change and transformation, both for her clients and herself.

Nanette has a Masters in Business Administration and an MA in Art and Consciousness Studies. She is a Usui and Kundalini Reiki Master as well as a Certified Master Intuitive Coach from Colette Baron-Reid's Master Intuitive Coaches Institute.
