Maddie opened Fyood Kitchen in 2016. She has grown the business into an experiential cooking business in which participants use mystery and pantry ingredients to create, cook, enjoy and judge the winning dishes - without a single recipe in sight! Purcell is a winner of a national SCORE award, “Outstanding Young Entrepreneur Small Business.” And she's looking forward to a period of growth over the coming months.
